My Thoughts on Bullying

Throughout the many years that I have been in school, I have witnessed a few incidents of bullying. Most of these incidents occurred during my years in middle school and I regret the fact that I sometimes did nothing to stop a victim from being bullied. I was fresh out of elementary school and I was not used to seeing people being bullied. The truth of the matter is that I was afraid to stand up to those who intimidated and bullied others because I did not want to get involved and become a victim myself. If  I had the opportunity to go back and help those who I ignored I would because I  am now not new to this type of thing and less intimidated by others. I do not want anyone to suffer from permanent emotional and mental scaring simply because I lacked the confidence and courage to speak my mind.
